5th Straight Division Title

The Grand Valley State Lakers traveled to South Bend, IN to compete in the Great Lakes Division Championships this weekend.  The Lakes came out on top for the 5th straight year.  GVSU had to defeat Albion, Dayton, and Notre Dame en route to the Championship.  Leading the Lakers in goal scoring this weekend was Matt Leskovar with 9 goals, while Chris Posthumus had 5 goals and 8 assists.

The win clinches the number one seed for the Lakers at the upcoming National Collegiate Club Championships.  Come down to Miami University in Oxford, OH from November 17-19 to cheer GVSU as they look to repeat as National Champs.
